Once a price was agreed on I realized later it had been changed to over 700.00 above the agreement. Also they added several things to the price that not only did I not ask for but that they never gave a price for had I wanted them. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. Shady way of doing business but I admit I didn't pay close enough attention trusting them for there word. So all I can say is yeah u got me but hopefully others will read this and not have the same bad experience. Just go somewhere else and keep your hard earned money in your pocket More

I want to know they are treating my car with respect and that human touch. Athens Ford service center seems to care about both me and my car. They even wash my car before returning it to me. No service center provides the human touch as much as Athens Ford. Of course it doesn't help when they have a 2017 Shelby Mustang and Focus RS sitting right next to me in the waiting lounge.... More

Jamison Johnson is the best salesman! I was in need of a new vehicle and I really wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted to purchase. I went to almost all of the dealerships in Athens in se I was in need of a new vehicle and I really wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted to purchase. I went to almost all of the dealerships in Athens in search of the perfect car for my family. I decided to stop at Athens Ford to test drive the 2016 Ford Explorer. Jamison Johnson was the salesman who came out to help me. He was very knowledgable about the Explorer and answered all the questions that I had. While searching for my new car I meet several what I call "pushy" salesmen. They didn't want to listen to me and didn't want to take no for answer. Even when I left the dealership they would call me constantly. Jamison was not pushy at all and gave me time to think and make my decision. I decided to purchase the 2016 Ford Explorer from Athens Ford because I loved everything about the car. My husband is not the easiest to work with when it comes to price negotiation, but Jamison was awesome and helped get us a great price. Excellent Experience purchasing a certified pre-owned mustan When I was looking for a new vehicle, I looked at all the ford dealerships near me. I chose Athens Ford in part because of my sales person, Jamison J When I was looking for a new vehicle, I looked at all the ford dealerships near me. I chose Athens Ford in part because of my sales person, Jamison Johnson. I talked to him on the phone before I ever visited the dealership. When I got there, he greeted me like we had always been friends. Knowing that I was primarily interested in a pre-owned vehicle, he still walked through the selection of new 2016 vehicles they had on the lot. Jamison spent about 2 hours with me just looking at the cars... first the certified pre-owned, then a new one or two, then the pre-owned one. Not once did he pressure me to purchase either new or certified pre-owned. He presented me with all the paperwork (including the car-fax) on the certified pre-owned vehicle that I decided to purchase. After the sale, he called and emailed me several times to check on me and to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
