I enquired online about a 2017 Ford Fusion SE on Friday afternoon and Ashley called me within minutes and answered any and all questions I had. I had gone to a local dealership near Augusta to get some information on the car and test drive to make sure it was something I wanted to purchase before driving 2 hours to look at the same cars. Fairway Ford in Evans was very rude to me and didn't do anything but tell me I was going to be wasting my time going to Athens and that the deals they had were not going to be valid and I would be disappointed. I left Fairway ford very angry because of the way that I was treated. I went to meet Ashley on 7/15/17 and she was very helpful. I test drove the same exact car I had asked about. Not only did I test drive the car, but before leaving the dealership on my test drive, Ashley went over all the features of the car and showed me how it all worked. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, energetic, and had a great personality and I would recommend her to all family and friends. Ashley is great at her job and I am so glad that I had the opportunity to work with her. Thank you Ashley for all you did. I feel like I made a friend for life. I also want to think Christian Egizio for making the paperwork process so easy. He was very friendly and knowledgeable at his job and it was a pleasure to have worked with him as well.
