Justin met us with a warm welcome at 7pm on a Friday night and showed us the vehicle we were interested in looking at with no pressure to buy anything more expensive. He made a point to talk to us as new friends and not a possible sale. Knowing they closed at 8pm we were sure we would have to come back the following day. We were wrong! After going over the vehicle thoroughly and a test drive we were well past closing time but this was no problem to him or the friendly staff we encountered, everyone there kept asking if we were comfortable or needed a drink while we waited on the finance process. Of course they have their own Starbucks coffee maker, drink fountain and sweet tea for the customers. Justin along with sales manager Jason Klein helped get us the deal beyond what we were hoping for. Kenny Jordan in finance helped make the paperwork a breeze and explained every detail. And a final thanks to the guys in the back that stayed to detail our new vehicle so we could take it home. We left the dealer at 10:30pm I don't think any other dealer around would give that kind of customer service especially with a smile on everyone's face having to stay that late just for us.
