Great Buyer Experience My 2 yo Accord was totaled after being rear-ended. So I set out to cross-shop a new Accord-Camry-Fusion as a commuter car. I also wanted a good deal My 2 yo Accord was totaled after being rear-ended. So I set out to cross-shop a new Accord-Camry-Fusion as a commuter car. I also wanted a good deal on a 2017 if I could get it. But I was leaning towards a 2018 Camry. Anyway, the internet pricing on end-of-year Fusions made Athens Ford my first Sunday stop. Athens Ford was competitive in pricing with the Atlanta dealers. Also no over MSRP markups like Honda and Toyota. I talked with Scott Cochran who was at the dealership on Sunday. Absolutely no pressure ... very low key. He provided me with e-mail info on 2 cars I was interested in on Monday. So I drove out on Monday for a test drive, The Fusion SE I drove and ended up buying was a great deal, much more than a commuter car, and had a great ride and handling. The Athens lifetime powertrain warranty sealed the deal. Scott helped me speed-learn the tech so I could drive my new car to work safely ... lights, wipers, etc. I worked late that night, and all I can say is the ride home was great ... I love the ride and handling of the Fusion, the LED headlights, the sunroof, and the concert hall sound of the stereo. The car is quiet! So far a great ride! Scott was a great help in helping me with my purchase, and I was out of the dealership with my new car and competitive financing in less than 2 hours. I ended up with a fairly loaded Fusion SE for less than the cost of the less-optioned cars I was considering. Only a week now but I am very happy with my purchase. More

Best New Car Buying Expierence. Period So I am a bit of a car nut and have owned and purchased over 100 vehicles, I know crazy at 60! I have only purchased maybe 8 brand new and maybe 25 or so from an actual car dealership. I drove 57 miles each way to meet with Ashley Nalley my Sales Person. So there is my set up for my actual experience. I told Ashley up front I was an experienced buyer and did not have time to waste, haggling, negotiating or to be mislead just to get me to the dealership. Well, non of the above happened, she had a truck waiting for my initial inspection, which didn't meet my needs and then spent the next 2 hours helping me find "My" new truck. Got a fair trade, no pressure to buy add on's and they bent over backwards to handle my every request. Ashley even was in the shop helping make everything happen as promised. Great experience, great sales person and will send many referrals!! More
