We were given a great price for our trade in and the financing went smooth. The dealership is very clean and we were given refreshments while completing our purchase. Works Appointment I scheduled an appointment for the Works at 8:20 on Sat 7/14 2 1/2 hours to complete service is UNACCEPTABLE. If I did not have an appointment I would understand waiting longer. To be told they are overbooked and there is a problem with online booking is not my problem. The online booking should be removed from the website until it is fixed. The customer should not have to be in convinced with problems at the dealership and website. If there was a know problem and service was overbooked than I should have been contacted to reschedule. Because of taking so long I was late for arrangements I had made with family. Now I am receiving an email telling me I missed my appointment. More
