Broken promise Last fall I bought a new f-150 from Athens Ford. It came with a new spray in bed liner of which I'm sure I paid for. After I got home I noticed they h Last fall I bought a new f-150 from Athens Ford. It came with a new spray in bed liner of which I'm sure I paid for. After I got home I noticed they had left off the brackets inside the bed which hold the tie downs and other devices that lock into these brackets. I called my salesman Peter Natalie and explained what happened . He promised he would check on it and call me back. So after hearing nothing from him , after several weeks I called him back. I got another promise and again no call. After 2 months I called for a manager and got someone who told me he was a assistant sales mananger. He seemed very concerned and promised he would get to the bottom of the matter. Still after 2 more months no call. I used the vin at another dealer to make sure the truck was supposed to have them and yes they were supposed to be there. The truck had the devices behind the seat that lock into these brackets but no brackets. I would never buy from them again. is More

Our sales representative was the BEST…… with timely answers to our questions and follow through on option selections, part availability, price, scheduling, and delivery throughout the process. A significant time saver was having the dealer install aftermarket products of my selection on the vehicle like; protective films, body coating, tinting, and Tonneau cover. All the added items where professionally installed and done to perfection! All of this was at a “no-haggle” and fair price.
