Not happy with the outcome of my service, texted several times without reply, finally made appointment after calling. Truck still rattles and skips, manager was suppose to drive truck but didn’t. The truck had a diagnostic test done that supposedly was clear but didn’t get a work order. The diagnostic showed no miss fires but truck skips and rattles. More
