The entire experience for us was great. We bought a used Explorer that ended up having a few issues that we overlooked during the test drive and not found until after the sale was done. Kelvin at Athens Ford was exceptional. He got out car in earlier than expected and provided great service. Aaron is great too. My only concern is when I got home and found the paperwork I originally signed I realized that the “Doc”fee was not included. My original quote was changed and I was told by a manager at the dealership that the doc fee was on my original quote that I signed even though it wasn’t when I stated I don’t remember it being on the original paper work. After seeing this, I felt manipulated. The car is great, Kelvin and Aaron are great - we just would have liked any additional fees to have been disclosed up front. More
