First place I went car shopping, was looking around and was a bit confused as to which lot a certain car was in. Out from nowhere, a one John Tiner came to mine and my father's rescue. I been too this dealership twice to get a oil change and tire rotating and on both accounts they charged for the rotation but did not do it. Makes me think they might have forgot to do an oil change as wel tire rotating and on both accounts they charged for the rotation but did not do it. I reason for this review and such a poor rating is because they didn’t offer anything in return. Won’t be back!!!! More

He was polite, conversational, and patient during the whole process. He made sure we only had to put down $500 for the 2019 Dodge Challenger that we purchased (traded in our 2013 Chevy Z71). Apparently another local dealership had marked up the price of the Z71 by $7,000 so we had negative equity regarding our loan, but due to the discounts on the Challenger, we were still able to finance it! Samuel was also very helpful and funny. We will definitely do business here again. More

He did everything he could to find me every possible rebates and eventually had me get a Renegade at the cheapest price among any other dealers, and that's why I came all the way from Atlanta to Athens. Also, while other dealers were reluctant to send me a quote without me being in presence, he gave me an honest quote on the line and I got confidence in him. After all, he drove all the way from Athens to the middle of Atlanta and Athens to pick me up since I had to pay so much for Uber. It was just so amazing and moving. More
