Horrible customer relations I have purchased TWO Jeep Wrangler Saharas in a four year span from this particular dealership. My first Jeep was a standard 2014 stock Jeep Wrangler I have purchased TWO Jeep Wrangler Saharas in a four year span from this particular dealership. My first Jeep was a standard 2014 stock Jeep Wrangler and my second was a 2016 Jeep Wrangler that I asked the dealership to lift and add bigger tires to it. The dealership ordered me the wrong vehicle for starters and then to compensate, they offered to give me an extended warranty by Master Tech and 6 free oil changes if I agreed to continue with the vehicle they mistakenly ordered for me. The warranty covered up 75,000 miles bumper to bumper. This was offered to me by the General Manager and Sales person at the time (July 2016) for FREE. When I agreed, I asked them to add the leveling kit and bigger tires to my vehicle in order to finance the whole thing. All the work was done in house by the dealership and the cost was rolled in to my monthly installments. I had NO idea of what parts were being used, brand, or what exactly was going on my vehicle. The only thing that I had a say was on the tire brand and wheels. When I had an issue with my vehicle that was covered by the extended warranty or my regular warranty, they could not find the correct documentation nor anything that was promised to me prior to purchasing the vehicle. The GM was no longer employed with them and they had a new GM David Debraco. After some time they agreed to give me an oil change that was remaining from the promise and they realized they did not fill out the document correctly for the extended warranty from (MasterTech). I took the vehicle in because the radiator was leaking and I also needed an oil change. From the time I have purchased the vehicle up until today, I have always taken my Jeep to this dealership to be serviced and for any repairs. As I began to get familiar with my Jeep, I noticed that the dealership lacked in their workmanship and were very negligent with the kit they added to my Jeep. I have taken my Jeep in to add additional support to the sway bar to prevent extra shaking and death wobble that should have been reinforced at the time of installment. In addition, the spare tire on the back of the vehicle was mounted on the door instead of a supporting bracket, which causes the door to sound every time I drive and is weighed down by a 35 inch wheel. Since I've purchased the Jeep there has been a loud noise coming from the spare tire and now the back door is dented and it is starting to pull from the hinges. The brake light is covered by the tire and is barely visible to the other drivers. The brake light should be over the tire and visible to those around me. Instead of doing the correct thing and installing the correct items, they chose to go the cheaper route and not inform me, which is causing trouble down the long run. I was not aware of any options nor was I informed of the details to the kit being installed on my Jeep. These individuals are the specialists, so they should know what needs to be done in order to install the items requested correctly. Fast forward to present day, new GM, same sales person, are willing to trade me out of the vehicle but not fix the problem that is DOCUMENTED from the start of my purchase. They state that the warranty has expired and are not willing to budge. I have told them both that this issue has been brought to the dealerships attention Prior to the warranty expiring and that this is NOT a warranty issue but rather a workmanship issue. I took my Jeep in on December 3, 2019 and the salesperson gave me a 2019 Jeep to test drive while my car was being serviced and evaluated on whether or not the dealership would repair my vehicle. It is now December 16th and I still am driving the test drive vehicle and nothing has been done to my Jeep. It has been sitting there for over a week with no work? Once I told them that I wanted my Jeep to be repaired they asked me to bring back the test drive vehicle back to the dealership. In addition, I was pulled over by the ACCPD on Saturday night and they stated that once again, negligence on the dealerships part for letting me drive a vehicle with out giving me a temp tag. Horrible customer service/ relations. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere. More
