Poor service I recently made an appointment to have a recall repair on my truck and get an oil change. I arrived at 8:10 and was told that they wouldn't get to my I recently made an appointment to have a recall repair on my truck and get an oil change. I arrived at 8:10 and was told that they wouldn't get to my truck until the afternoon. The recall letter I received said the work would take a half hour. When I complained, the service writer (Bill Jackson) was very rude. I complained to the general manager, and he had me moved up in the queue. When I got my truck back, they had not reset the oil life monitor or checked tire pressure. Those are small things, but a $50 oil change should be done right. If I had been told that I had to leave my truck all day, I would have made the arrangements to do that. What's the point of having an appointment? More
