I will drive to go elsewhere After my first warranty work took 4 trips to resolve because my emails and phone calls were not returned, I gave them one more chance with a simple oi After my first warranty work took 4 trips to resolve because my emails and phone calls were not returned, I gave them one more chance with a simple oil change. The second oil change (20k miles) went fine until I was notified of an "overdue" change of my diesel fuel filter. I couldn't believe I missed this maintenance and authorized them to add the work. When my truck was returned, I consulted my owners manual to find it was not due to be changed until 30k miles. When confronted about this the tune changed to "well I recommend you change it every 10-15k". Both tasks were completed timely and with good service however I feel that I was purposely mislead and was duped into paying $170 for a filter change that wasn't necessary. I will not be returning. Would definitely go back to Brian for my next purchase. A word for Landmark customer service: Shortly after purchase the starter failed, took truck straight back. Service folks came and listened to it, took it right back in and ended up with a new flywheel. In a couple days the truck was ready to pick up. Has run perfect since.
