A Wasted Effort My Fiancée and I went there to possibly buy a pre-owned car. After Dan asked us where we were from, he told us he lived in the same town as us, then he took us to his desk and then he proceeded to talk about his family life in town for almost 10 minutes before asking me what car I was interested in. After almost 45 minutes of having told him what I needed in a car, he and his manager Gerry showed me 2 cars that did NOT have what I was looking for. I was resolved by then that they had NOTHING for me and they were just trying to reel me into any car that came close. Upon telling Dan that it was obvious to me that they had nothing to accommodate my needs and that we were leaving without buying, Dan didn't even look me in the eyes when he said goodbye, he simply opened the door for us and we left. No thanks for coming in either. Pretty sad knowing Atamian's reputation. More

We are extremely impressed with the level of customer service we received from both our salesman, Darryll Valcourt, and our business manager, Jimmy Grammas. We wanted an extremely specific vehicle, o service we received from both our salesman, Darryll Valcourt, and our business manager, Jimmy Grammas. We wanted an extremely specific vehicle, one that is also extremely rare (in fact, if you right now perform a nation-wide search for the exact specifications, there are 0 matches). Darryll took our special order and when VW came back to say that production on 2012 models had ceased and they were pre-ordering 2013s, we were not surprised as Darryll had managed expectations and had prepared us for the response. We happily waited for the 2013s to move into production, and Darryll made sure to check in from time to time with any news he received from the VW representative. He went far beyond the call of duty and we couldn't have asked for anything more. If there is any kind of rewards and recognition program, he should be nominated for his service and impressive attention. My husband and I would absolutely recommend him if any of our friends and family are in the market for a new vehicle. Jimmy was also great at walking us through our options and coming to a mutually agreeable price on our extended warranty. I do not feel taken advantage of at all - and could not have asked for a better manager to deal with. He was respectful of our time and made sure that we were extremely satisfied with the whole process. Overall, our experience at Atamian was wonderful - thank you. We were greeted by Darith Nhem as we walked in the dealership. He was very professional and courteous. He sat us down and listened to what we were interested in seeing. He found several 2012 Jetta dealership. He was very professional and courteous. He sat us down and listened to what we were interested in seeing. He found several 2012 Jetta SE models with the packages that we were looking for. When we told him that Atamian was the first of three dealers we were visiting that day, he did not break into a litany of salesman clichés (as other dealers had). Darith got the Sales Manager, Jerry Malone, who gave a very competitive price for the SE and then took the time to ask us what other cars we were looking at, and what features we were interested in. When we mentioned that we were looking for good mileage, a navigation system and a great stereo, Jerry directed us to a very low mileage 2012 Jetta TDI that had recently been turned in. We test drove the vehicle and returned to Atamian to again get a very competitive price on the TDI. Once we committed to the purchase of the Jetta TDI, the excellent service continued. Darith coordinated all the required paperwork to complete the sale. The Business Manager, James Grammas, was very professional and explained all of the options we had in detail. Darith took time to talk my wife and I through all the cars features so that we could use it to its full potential. Although I have had it less that a week, My wife and I greatly enjoy zipping around NH while getting 40+ MPG. I will striongly suggest Atamian to any friend or colleague that is in the market for a new car. More

Fortunately, that person had gone home for the day and I was able to work with Darryll. He asked good questions, he listened to me, and he understood me. He gave me good advice, was not pushy, and was willing to give me time to process what was happening--I came in for a test drive only, but was smitten with the car, and moving faster than normal for me. My experience with the business manager, Ray Leduc, was equally pleasant and professional. He explained my options for extras, worked on my behalf to get an acceptable payment with only the ones I wanted, and was attentive and patient again as I processed buying a car quicker than I was planning to. I was also amazed at how efficient they were in getting the car ready for next day delivery when I assured them their was no need to rush. But I was ready to buy the right car, as I had already done a lot of research, and when I found it, these two men (and those behind them) made the whole experience thoroughly relaxed and without incident. More
