Great purchase experience A big shout out to James Colette at Astro Ford. I came in on thursday evening around 5:30pm. I had my eye on the 2014 grabber blue mustang all week an A big shout out to James Colette at Astro Ford. I came in on thursday evening around 5:30pm. I had my eye on the 2014 grabber blue mustang all week and was hoping it would be there by end of week, and it was. James waited on me and he and I meshed as we are both mustang enthusiasts. I had a monthly note in mind and he was able to come within $40 of what I was looking for. What really stood out for me is the remote lock button wasn't working but unlock and trunk were. I expressed my concern to James and he has placed an order for a new one that will be here on Monday. That's what I call service! Thanks James for taking care of me. You have a loyal customer here. Saved me $600 I went to Firestone to get my breaks checked they quoted me 928.00 for new rotors,calipers, and break pads for the rear of my vehicle. I then called astro ford to get an estimate from them, they did the exact same diagnostic check and fixed all issues for $330. Service advisor Randy Adam's was awesome showed me everything they fixed and was very helpful. More

Left two messages, emailed a message, and did a reschedule for service later that day. When I did get someone on the phone, told he would get with service, and call back, which again, never happened. Appalling Experience I bought an 08 Jetta Wolfsburg from this dealership back in early October 2014. The oil light came on during the test drive, so I checked it and the I bought an 08 Jetta Wolfsburg from this dealership back in early October 2014. The oil light came on during the test drive, so I checked it and the oil was overfilled, I tried to have them do something about it that day. I was told their service department isn't open on Saturday and to bring my car in on Monday and they would look at it and detail my car for me. I drive it to work, about 3 miles away. I got off work and my brother wanted to drive my car home, so I let him. We're doing 75 on the interstate and get maybe 4 miles into the drive when the car losses power. He has his code reader and brings up several pending codes. So he uses his AAA towing service and has or taken back to the dealership. The salesman we dealt with told us they'd take care of the problem, and they give me a rental for the time being, which was great of them to do. A little over 2 months later I've had enough of waiting so I go in to find out what's going on with my car and no one knows what's happening. After dealing with one of the mangers I get my car back about a week later, and after taking it or for an extended test drive I lost power and got another check engine light and more codes on the car. I was told to bring the car in, again, and they'd look at it. This time I'm told the camshaft tensioner and some other things are wrong with the car, and I get another rental. 3 weeks later I get my car back and everything seems okay. About a month and a half later my car losses power, for the 3rd time. So I have my car towed back to Volkswagen of South Mississippi, since they were the last ones to work on my car. At this point I find out, they worked on my car for the cam issue but not the first time my car broke down and that they aren't responsible for the issue, no compression in 3 out of 4 cylinders, and that they weren't going to fix the issue. I go to Astro and speak to their GM, who wouldn't give me his name, look me in the eye or shake my hand until I reached for his. He informs me that they had someone work on my car on the side for the initial issue and that only the parts, new heads and valves, came with a 30 day warranty. I tell them that's unacceptable and that whoever did the work should be responsible for the repairs for everything, and something needs to be done to remedy the issue. It's been two weeks since my car broke down and have not heard anything, I've called multiple times and no one will speak to me or call me back. At this point I've had no choice but to contact a lawyer and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully they do the right thing, what they've promised me, and either fix the car completely or trade it in for something reliable from their lot, but so far I haven't heard from anyone. More
