Appalling Experience I bought an 08 Jetta Wolfsburg from this dealership back in early October 2014. The oil light came on during the test drive, so I checked it and the oil was overfilled, I tried to have them do something about it that day. I was told their service department isn't open on Saturday and to bring my car in on Monday and they would look at it and detail my car for me. I drive it to work, about 3 miles away. I got off work and my brother wanted to drive my car home, so I let him. We're doing 75 on the interstate and get maybe 4 miles into the drive when the car losses power. He has his code reader and brings up several pending codes. So he uses his AAA towing service and has or taken back to the dealership. The salesman we dealt with told us they'd take care of the problem, and they give me a rental for the time being, which was great of them to do. A little over 2 months later I've had enough of waiting so I go in to find out what's going on with my car and no one knows what's happening. After dealing with one of the mangers I get my car back about a week later, and after taking it or for an extended test drive I lost power and got another check engine light and more codes on the car. I was told to bring the car in, again, and they'd look at it. This time I'm told the camshaft tensioner and some other things are wrong with the car, and I get another rental. 3 weeks later I get my car back and everything seems okay. About a month and a half later my car losses power, for the 3rd time. So I have my car towed back to Volkswagen of South Mississippi, since they were the last ones to work on my car. At this point I find out, they worked on my car for the cam issue but not the first time my car broke down and that they aren't responsible for the issue, no compression in 3 out of 4 cylinders, and that they weren't going to fix the issue. I go to Astro and speak to their GM, who wouldn't give me his name, look me in the eye or shake my hand until I reached for his. He informs me that they had someone work on my car on the side for the initial issue and that only the parts, new heads and valves, came with a 30 day warranty. I tell them that's unacceptable and that whoever did the work should be responsible for the repairs for everything, and something needs to be done to remedy the issue. It's been two weeks since my car broke down and have not heard anything, I've called multiple times and no one will speak to me or call me back. At this point I've had no choice but to contact a lawyer and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully they do the right thing, what they've promised me, and either fix the car completely or trade it in for something reliable from their lot, but so far I haven't heard from anyone. More

Highly Recommend I had been searching for a new F-150 for several years and had done extensive research on what I wanted. When I was finally ready to buy, I went thro I had been searching for a new F-150 for several years and had done extensive research on what I wanted. When I was finally ready to buy, I went through months of frustration with around 15 different dealerships... I started my search in KY (where I live) and literally talked to dealers from all across the country. They either wouldn't return my calls, didn't have the truck, weren't interested in helping me locate what I wanted, or just weren't willing to work with me on the price. After months of frustration and dealers jerking me around on price and backing out of deals, I ran across Astro Ford online. I gave them a call Tuesday morning, made a deal within minutes, and was on my way from KY to Mississippi to pick up the truck! Jennifer was great! She understood my frustration of past dealers and sent me all the information I asked for to confirm I was getting exactly what I wanted before making the 9 hour drive. Once at the dealership, everything went extremely smooth and I was back on the road to KY. Just when I was ready to throw in the towel Jennifer and Astro Ford stepped up and made my dreams of owning a new F-150 a reality! Couldn't have asked for a better deal or better people to work with. THANK YOU to Jennifer and Astro Ford. I highly recommend them, no matter where you live. A 9 hour drive was more than worth it for the quality customer service that I received! More

Complete and utter Fraud! I went with my son to buy a used vehicle form Astro Ford yesterday. They had a nice VW Jetta on the lot they were advertising for $9125. He mentioned the oil light had come on while he was driving it. So I suggested the service department check the oil. Since it was Saturday they were not in and we were assured they would take care of it Monday monring. But I insisted on checking it myself. When we checked the oil there was too much oil. But as I said no service dept on hand to correct the situation. The salesman laughed...our service techs don't know anything about Volkswagons, ha ha ha :-( The dealership was going to check to see if they could find financing for him since it was his first car purchase. They came back with an obscene payment but couldn't tell me what the interest rate was for the payment they were offering us. My son called his bank and got a 5.25% interest rate and loan approval over the phone. So he drives away in his "new" car. He made it 7 miles and the car died on the interstate! Died. It threw 6 different codes. My older son was in the car with the one who had purchased it and just happened to have his code meter with him. He opened the oil fill cap and found gasoline in the oil!!! All the codes on the car were pending codes meaning that they had been there previously and had been cleared so that the check engine light wouldn't be on when I buyer looked at the car. The codes were diliberately cleared to hide the true condition of the car. It is now Sunday morning and my son will be back at the dealership on Monday morning to see what the dealership is going to do to fix this problem. I will update this review as this fraud unfolds. I intend on pursuing this up to an including legal action. I will also let everyone I meet and everyone I can reach through the internet and personal contact know every detail of how this unfolds. More

Jennifer and Chuck were very professional and did not use high pressure sales tactics, which I appreciated. They had the exact vehicle I requested and offered a competitive price. More
