Arrow Ford has always taken pride in offering quality vehicles for sale and because of this we do a complete 115 point inspection on every vehicle that we sell as well as providing a 3 month or 3,000 mile power train warranty on every vehicle that has been through our inspection process. Over our 48 years in business, we have learned a thing or two about customer service and one thing that we know is important to our customers is that keeping a low cost of ownership is key to keeping you happy. That’s why we have continued to suggest that our customers buy an extended service policy on Diesel trucks. Maintenance expenses can run into the thousands very easily. In this case, we did check the truck and at the time it was checked the truck was running as it should. We told you that if the check engine light came back on to bring it back and we would look into it further and take care of it at no charge to you. That is how we do business at Arrow Ford. We know that we are not perfect, but we do stand behind the vehicles we sell, the factory trained certified technicians that service them, and you, the customers that buy them.
