The service person gets 5 stars for attitude and being pleasant, the vechicle air condition was turned off, I was not offered a receipt for service performed ,while driving the car back, the engine was wo pleasant, the vechicle air condition was turned off, I was not offered a receipt for service performed ,while driving the car back, the engine was working differently which made me a bit worried since I do not know anything about car maintenance.Overal, felt difference while driving the car before and after service performed.The waiting area was clean, but not too comfortable for 2 hours wait.The progress status on the link provided via text was not informative at all. We bought the car 5 months ago, this was the first complimentary oil change, hope the second will be better,as I will be happy to give 5 stars.Thank you More

3rd times did my oil change and i always requested for a car wash and to fill up my vehicle's windshield washer. It wasn't done again. I called and talked to somebody.
