The service writer had a flippant attitude and could care less when I asked why I was not getting a loaner vehicle or rental car after they needed my new 2023 Ram 1500 for no less than 3 days. The battery stops charging and then the truck dies leaving you stranded wherever it sits. when it sits for an hour and you get it restarted then the problem corrects itself. also I had an appointment at 10 am for a recall computer upgrade that advised the service should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. I arrived on time and was told that they needed the vehicle all day. I asked about the appointment and he said that just guarantees that I will get it done that day. If there was a bright spot it was when Raul in service took potty on me and took an interest in helping me out. Even despite that there are no loaner vehicles for customers from their dealership. The battery issue previously reared its head in Marion NC and that dealer handed me keys to a used dodge p/u from the lot and tried to find the issue with no luck as the truck was charging when they started it. Despite telling this to the Arigo advisor he just said come back when you can leave the truck then dismissed me and kept on working on his computer letting me stand there and fume! More
