I brought my jeep in to have a diagnostic done due to the service 4wd light coming on and to have the two recalls completed. I was charged $227 for the diagnostic but my receipt did not give any details what service 4wd light coming on and to have the two recalls completed. I have never had any service done without a complete detailed report. I was charged for a diagnostic, where is my report? I called back to get more details of what they found because I forgot what the name of one of the parts he said possibly needed to be replaced according to the diagnostic. When I pointed out the receipt was missing the information, I was told, something along the line of, their system is messed up and lumps all the codes together and gives a generic reason. Which I do not believe. Very disappointed and lazy of the service department. I will never do business there. Not even purchase a vehicle, which I was thinking of doing. More
