He was personable from the start and days after the purchase, he continues to answer ALL of my questions. My experience with Joel has shifted my mindset for future purchases and service. Straight forward dealership. They answered questions, disclosed their fees and gave me a fair price on the vehicle I wanted. I negotiated and purchased via email and only arrived They answered questions, disclosed their fees and gave me a fair price on the vehicle I wanted. I negotiated and purchased via email and only arrived to sign some papers and pick up the car. The finance officer presented the usual add ons like warranties and protection packages, but didn't pressure me into anything I wasn't interested in. They honored their pricing and didn't sneak any fees in, which I can tell you is not so common anymore. It was worth the 2 hour drive for me after dealing with some less customer focused dealerships up in Orlando. They had the car cleaned up and ready to go when I came out from signing. Couldn't have been an easier experience. More
