Buying my new Ram 1500 from Shawn was the best car dealership experience I have ever experienced. The whole process was smooth. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I was even more impressed wit dealership experience I have ever experienced. The whole process was smooth. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I was even more impressed with the dealer the day after I bought my car. I woke up with a flat tire and noticed a couple speakers were not working in the truck. I immediately drove to the dealership where I was greeted by Shawn. He came right up to me and asked what was going on. As soon as I told him he took the truck to service and had it handled within 5 minutes. While I was sitting in the dealership waiting for my truck to be ready, Shawn came back what seemed like every 15 minutes to check on my truck for me and give me updates. Amazing service from everyone involved! More

I took my car here about a recall issue. First red flag was that before they’d even check the car they wanted to charge me $230 just to look at it. They said it would be fixed the same day. First red flag was that before they’d even check the car they wanted to charge me $230 just to look at it. They said it would be fixed the same day. I left the car there and waited for hours. I contacted the agent again and they stated it’ll be done tomorrow morning. Second red flag. The next day came and the morning went by. I contacted them again and they said they’re still working on it. I needed the car for work the next day and it was nearly closing time. I contacted them again and asked what was happening with my car, they stated they hadn’t been able to get to it as their computer “wasn’t working.” I told them I wanted the car back and I won’t be paying the fee since they didn’t even work on my car in the 24+ hours of having it. They gave me my keys and I left. It was a pretty poor experience and they should be ashamed of themselves. More
