Jeep Dropped off at 7:30 AM appointment. I started calling for updates. Three hours later. Took 90 minutes to get someone to respond then given an update the shocks were not leaking. Was tol I started calling for updates. Three hours later. Took 90 minutes to get someone to respond then given an update the shocks were not leaking. Was told the technician will check again. 10 minutes later I got a video showing the shocks are leaking . This is now five hours later. Not sure why I was told they were not leaking. Then parts had to be ordered and got back Jeep the next day. More

Did not start out the best. Called to setup a service order for 11/29/2024 as I would be traveling in from out of state. While handling other customers was able to figure out what was needed to get the process moving. Parts Mgr, can not remember his name,lended a helpful hand by getting the service order completed. Daniel kept me updated with the status of my vehicle. It was greatly appreciated that he stayed to make sure I received my vehicle back the same day.
