This dealership finance department is a joke be brother went looking for a truck found one call me to co-sign I agreed the salesman I don't remember his name sent me a application while trying to fill out went looking for a truck found one call me to co-sign I agreed the salesman I don't remember his name sent me a application while trying to fill out the application it wouldn't let me co-sign so I called the salesman and told him so he told me to just do it individually because my brother Tony Musgrove had already did the application on there in okay at the time my father n law had just passed so I was consoling my wife for the lost of her dad and at the same time trying to make to my destination on time to catch my train because I am a independent truck driver actually on a delivery later on I let my brother Tony and the salesman what just happened about my father n law and we need to finish at a later date but they where consistent on trying to finish the process of the car deal.later on I get a call from Robert in finance and I ask him what is the nature of his call and he said that he had to redo the deal because Ally would not finance the loan so he said that it's better now the payment dropped to $980.00 a month so I told him that I wasn't signing anything then I ask him how did they let my brother drive off the lot without a valid driver license and he told me that one of the salesman drove it of the lot then I ask how did the price of the truck change from one price unto a different one and he said that my brother added gap $1275.00and a warranty for $4500.00 so I ask was the truck a cpo certified per own and he said yes the I ask why would he need to get a warranty so I told him I don't want anything else to do with the truck and I fill like the dealership is a scam and im going to report everything that has happened . I talked to my brother the next day after he got the truck and he told me his license was suspended so I asked how did they do the deal if the knew his license was suspended so he told me that they put my as the primary and he consigned for me but let this be clear I didn't know anything about this until after fact they never call me and ask me would I like to change and do it that way which my answer would be no because first off all I wouldn't need my brother to cosign for me my credit is fair enough to buy my own car like the 6 cars I've purchased without no money down and no cosigner not to mention the the high apr 12.75 on that loan when I can get a car loan from my bank at 4.75 for a use car it is so much I want to say about this hold situation but I have a lot on my plate I just lost my mother 1/20/ 2026 that's why it took me so long to respond to this survey because I've been back and forth from Florida to my home in San Francisco October my brother n law passed December my father n law passed then my mother 1/20/26 .I don't know if this survey is going to the corporate office or not but im going to call and let them know about how unprofessional the staff is and if that don't next will be the local news then the network all platforms to let them know what kind of dealership this is ....
