Terrible service and communication. On more than one account ive had to bring my vehicle here and eqch time it took 4 days for you to look at it to get a diagnosis. No one ever reached out i would have to call several times a day to just get an update. Each time i would call i was reassured that a service member was scheduled to look at it . This goes on gor 4 days that a servece memeber was supposedly scheduled to look at it. After it finally gets diagnosed im told that i need a new engine and that my exteneded warrantly will not cover anything. I had to call my warranty provider directly to find out that this was not the case at all. They needed to run a diagnosis to see how much of the damage would be covered. None of this information was relayed to me at all. Terrible communication. And if it were my business i would not make an appointment for a customer to drop theor vehicle off if i had absolutely no intention on even looking at it until 4 days later! Its really not that complicated to figure out why this might be frustrating for anyone. More

Brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for its first oil change/tire rotation. Class act from start to finish. Juan Gascon was my excellent service advisor.
