My first time checking out the Jeep Compass, Arrigo made it a pleasant experience. As soon as I walked into the place we were greeted and had a salesperson in a matter of a minute. Drew was very personable and knew right away that we knew what we wanted, and he was willing to help us get to where we wanted to be. His breakdown of the pricing and how the car works was very informative. He always took his time to make sure we were comfortable. The buying experience was fine until the closing. Waited almost 3 hours for paperwork to be completed. Arrived at dealership before noon, left after 5:00. Everything else was fine.
