I’ve called 4 times this morning 7/3/23 starting at 0830am. First time nobody answered, 2nd time I was greeted then transferred unknowingly to the sales department who transferred me back to service a 0830am. First time nobody answered, 2nd time I was greeted then transferred unknowingly to the sales department who transferred me back to service and to a voicemail. Called again 3rd time greeted explained my frustration then transferred to another voicemail and the 4th time I exploded on the lady who answered saying it was a recorded line she works at a call center off site and advised she would “escalate” my request. It’s currently 0945am I’ve still received no phone call. This dealership has NO customer service. I am a first responder and I will ensure EVERY agency is South Florida is aware of how poorly you get treated at your dealership. I’ve been to sales and service on two separate occasions and both times the experience has been horrendous. I could go on regarding some additional frustrating incidents with this dealership but I’m going to save my writing for an audience who will appreciate the information and use it to avoid this dealership. Don’t get me wrong, Jimmy was very nice but he definitely needs some improvement. First thing would be to listen to what your client wants.
