I took my sons Dodge Durango in for a oil change, lube and tire rotation, they were not able to rotate tires because they said they could not find wheel lock key, once I got home I looked in glove box and and tire rotation, they were not able to rotate tires because they said they could not find wheel lock key, once I got home I looked in glove box and the key was there, why didn’t they find it! they also said the air filter, cabin filter and wiper blades were do to be changed so I had them do it, everything went well but I am not happy they said they could find the wheel key when I found it in glove box and they even had tire rotation included with the oil change. More
