The sales person was nice but didn't know much about the vehicle. The vehicle was supposed to be detailed before I got it. It was not. The vehicle was dirty. UNSAFE CARS, and STAFF THAT DISRESPECTS WOMAN! !!!!! They sold me an UNSAFE car and wanted to charge me for the repairs. Insinuating he will cheapen out in order to sale cars, that he only will help people that are “pleasant” and “don’t act crazy”. they sold me a car with different tires and different tread pattern and then wanted to charge me to replace it. The car tail light didn’t work and it costs $400 just for the part. They fixed it at no cost but ONLY after driving back and forth from Fort Lauderdale to WestPB four times. The car has a window sensor issue that that will not address unless I pay for it. There were missing lug nuts in the car tire and. They said the car has not been in on a “reported” accident and the back of the car is damaged as if the car was in an accident that the sales person didn’t disclose on the website or in person.
