OMG! !!!! I really love the atmosphere of the dealership. From Robyn, who helped schedule my appointment, to Nelson, who helped me with my vehicle purchase !!!! I really love the atmosphere of the dealership. From Robyn, who helped schedule my appointment, to Nelson, who helped me with my vehicle purchase. Nelson was very helpful, knowledgeable, and genuine, making the experience seamless and easy. He made sure all of my questions were answered and also made sure any issues that popped up during our discussion and test drive of my car were all taken care of before I left the dealership. If in the future I plan to buy another car, NELSON IS THE GOLD STANDARD to ask for, given his knowledge of the cars and his past experience of dealing with vehicle technical issues, his sense of humor, and making sure he can get you all the possible discounts that are possible. Thank you very much for helping with the process. More
Out the door you handed me one key for my car. Now I have to spend $550 for a 2nd key. Shame on you, should have disclosed that. At least you could have a key made at dealer cost. I was only given 1 key fob. went to your WEB site and made a chat query. I was pointed to MOPAR.com to order the part. I did this and the part was somehow sent to a dealer in Minneapolis. Needless to say, when I showed up for the appointment to program, your parts folks did not have it. I currently can't seem to get the dealer in up north to send the part to you. I hope you can help More

I travelled about 60 miles to get the car not only because of the color choices and the price they offered but also for my telephone experience with them. More
Bought a brand new dodge ram. Engine light was on , salesman told me it was due to car being jumped and he turned off the light. 2 days later light came back on. I scheduled a Engine light was on , salesman told me it was due to car being jumped and he turned off the light. 2 days later light came back on. I scheduled a service appointment and was told the wiring had been chewed up by an animal. The salesman was so lazy that instead of spending 5 minutes to make sure i wasn’t driving a truck with a serious wiring issue that could potentially jeopardize my safety. The truck had 200 miles on the odometer, and the sales manager told me that it is not the salesmans responsibility to make sure the cars are ready to sell. This took 10 hours of my time since buying a brand new vehicle within a week of purchase. After i picked up the truck once the repairs were complete, the next day much to my surprise i received a check that was made out to the bank that provided me the loan for the vehicle i turned in. They sent a certified check to my home address instead of the actual bank. Not sure if this is a normal experience, but at this point i would advise anyone to spend more money just to not deal with Arrigo.(this will be posted across all platforms if no effort is made to make right this situation) More

After getting the framework in place for the purchase of a used 2021 Jeep Wrangler Willy, I traveled 70 miles to look at the vehicle yesterday. I had reviewed the CarFax and inquired as to the minor damage a used 2021 Jeep Wrangler Willy, I traveled 70 miles to look at the vehicle yesterday. I had reviewed the CarFax and inquired as to the minor damage noted on the report. I was advised that it was from a front-end collision where two parts of the front bumper had impacted the rear of another car. The salesperson was kind enough to send me pictures of the cosmetic damage and what I saw did not deter me. While looking at the vehicle, I noticed the following that was not brought to my attention previously: ****black overspray on the white paint in the rear tailgate. It was extremely noticeable and there was no obvious explanation; ****plastic retainer clips that hold on the front and rear fenders on the passenger side of the vehicle were mixed white and black while those clips on the driver's side were just black. Seemed like the fenders may have been removed and again, there was no explanation and it was extremely obvious. You would think that they would have removed the white clips and replaced them with black ones to avoid any inquiries; ****as I continued to look at the vehicle I realized that the factory applied "Wrangler Unlimited" sticker that was present on the driver's side fender only said "Wrangler" on the passenger side. These oddities made me ask further questions and finally I settled on the belief that the vehicle had some sort of body-work on the passenger side that could not be explained. I decided at that point that since the dealership wasn't able to provide further information or that were uninterested in researching eventhough their family of dealerships originally sold and serviced the vehicle, that this purchase was not in my best interest despite a sincere desire to buy the vehicle. I thanked the salesperson and told him I appreciated that he came in on his day off and was sorry that it didn't work out. After leaving the dealership, I received an email from the CarGuru website that the price of the vehicle had increased from $28535 to $30000. I thought that was odd since I clearly just pointed out some concerns with the vehicle. Thinking this deal was dead, I received a call from an unidentified female from the dealership. She wanted to know if there was another vehicle I was interested in. I explained that I was only interested in the Wrangler Willy and that I had concerns about dealing with them due to some oddities in the interactions and with the vehicle. She then became incredibly disrespectful and kept repeating that their certification process is for safety. I told her that I have bought certified used cars before and that safety is one part and it also includes mechanical abnormalities and potentially even appearance items. I looked at the work they performed on the vehicle during their certification and recondition process and it included replacing mechanical parts, safety items like wipers and EVEN TRIM. So clearly she was not correct and does not know her product. I reviewed some of the reviews on DealerRater and it appears that integrity and customer service seems to be lacking at times. Had the last employee not called me and disrespected me and then tried to blow me off, I would never had written this review but I truly did want the vehicle and would have appreciated a little research to calm my concerns. It was really not too much to ask. Just in case you are looking at their website, the vehicle is a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Willy in White. Look at the pictures and you can see the decal disparity but the rest is not readily visible and I am sure that is on purpose. If shopping there....do your homework and ask a lot of questions if things don't look right. More
