I was greeted in a friendly professional manner and it just got better from there. My salesman Frank, was completely "in service" to assist me in locating the truck with the options I was looking for in just got better from there. My salesman Frank, was completely "in service" to assist me in locating the truck with the options I was looking for in their vast inventory. The volume to choose from at Arrigo is amazing. Once in the truck of my choosing and the test drive completed - the deal they presented me was better than I expected. They really worked to find me every rebate and incentive available as well. Edwin in finance, is the most couteous and customer orentied "finance guy" I have ever worked with. After the sale I returned to have some options installed and my experiences were every bit as good. Mitchell the custom parts manager is great and really gets the job done. The service department is all one would hope for; clean, fast, job done right. Every employee I have bumped into at this huge dealership is friendly and hasn't failed to ask if there is anything they can help me with. Arrigo is a real pleasure to do business with. Overall it was a very good experience. We started out looking for used cars for my daughters but ended up with new jeeps(2) that were aproximately the same monthly payment. The sales team of Eric and Tom looking for used cars for my daughters but ended up with new jeeps(2) that were aproximately the same monthly payment. The sales team of Eric and Tom were both helpfull and patient and the sales manager John and the Finance manager(a very nice gentleman), also helped the deal get done. I would recommend this dealership to my friends as the price was fair, the service was professional and friendly(Eric bought us pizza as the whole process took over 6 hours), and my daughters are absolutely crazy happy over their new jeeps. Buying a car can be a long and drawn out process. Even though we had to go through the typical back and forth negotiations, in the end, it was your Business Manager, Jose Rivera, who made our purchase wit though we had to go through the typical back and forth negotiations, in the end, it was your Business Manager, Jose Rivera, who made our purchase with Arrigo Dodge one that far exceeded our expectations. With a bit of miscalculation done on the front end of the sales process, we were shorted one month payment due on the car we were trading in. When everyone else said "my hands are tied, there is nothing I can do", Jose went above and beyond to help us with this extra amount we were going to be out of pocket. We can not express the level of professionalism and dedication that Jose exhibited. We want to thank Jose again for everything he stands for and his level of customer service and straigth shooting attitude. He truly made our end experience with Arrigo a positive one and now you have two more people who will spread the positive word for your dealership. Warm regards, Cary and Sue Bartlett More
Tom was FANTASTIC!! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and an all around GREAT guy. I have a friend looking for a new car and I a giving her his name and phone number. My only complaint is that Arrig and an all around GREAT guy. I have a friend looking for a new car and I a giving her his name and phone number. My only complaint is that Arrigo does not give a full tank of gas when you buy a car. I left there with a little over a quarter of a tank...... More
I needed 2 fan motors and 2 fans for my 2006 Magnum Hemi. The gentlemen in the parts department David Duerksen was very polite and professional and took the time to explain the questions I needed answered. T The gentlemen in the parts department David Duerksen was very polite and professional and took the time to explain the questions I needed answered. Today with the way customer service is with most companies it's a nightmare to do business with them. I'm a small business owner here in palm beach and I provide the best service I can to my customers and I take pride in my service and reputation. It was a pleasure doing business with Arrigo Dodge in WPB and I will be back. I will recommend anyone who asks me where should they go for a Dodge. I'm a owner of 2 Dodges 1971 Dodge Challenger..all origional and 2006 Dodge hemi magnum. Thanks for the Great service. Robert Verlezza owner/president Palm Beach Communications 561-434-9788 More
Scott Rice, As per phone conversation I will again thank Scott Rice, As per phone conversation I will again thank you. My wife and I purchased a 2010 Jeep Liberty 4x4 from your dealership, Arrigo Dodge. Thi Scott Rice, As per phone conversation I will again thank you. My wife and I purchased a 2010 Jeep Liberty 4x4 from your dealership, Arrigo Dodge. This is my 3rd Jeep. We drove it from Loxahatchee, Fl to Las Vegas, NV in 3 days. What a car….WOW!!! When driving through Texas I think is was I-20, the satellite radio said an accident was ahead with a 20 mile backup. I being me said no problem to my wife as she looked at our little dog in the back seat. The saga begins. We hit the backup long before Dallas in a blinding rain storm. I kid you not, you could not see the end of the hood of the car. So again being me, I hit detour on my G.P.S. (her name is Sam) lol. I saw some cars go down a ravine and up a hill to an access road. Sam said go, so I did. We hit blacktop until she said turn left. Did you ever see the movie “The Grapes of Wrath”? This was that road!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some farmer 100 years ago must have plowed it and nobody followed me on it!!!! Nobody!!! I put the Jeep in 4wd and Sam said go 8.4 miles. Lets keep in mind it’s blinding rain , the mud is up to the door rails, I have no idea were we are with a manic wife and dog. We went through deep ruts and dips full of mud and water. The Jeep was flawless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a fan now and forever. We got through it and I washed her ….kissed the Jeep first, then Sam (the g.p.s.). Scott….Thank you. My wife Rita and little dog Pixie thank you. You helped my family get through a long trip with what I believe is the best brand made. Jeep!! We wish you and your family well. I think God has a special place for people like you. Jeeps RULE!!!! Stan Usavage More
Initially, I went to Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep because they happened to have a particular pre-owned Town & Country that I was looking for, at a fairly decent price. Even though a previous visit to the dea they happened to have a particular pre-owned Town & Country that I was looking for, at a fairly decent price. Even though a previous visit to the dealership allowed me to experience their horrible customer service, I gave them the benefit of the doubt; after all, they may have simply been having a bad day. Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep is considered a "high-volume" dealership. In other words, the staff is under enormous pressure to "crank out the units." This shows in every single facet of the dealership's operation. From the moment I set foot through the front door to moment I left--without a vehicle, mind you--Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep did everything in their power to practically guarantee that I did not buy a car from them. They are a textbook example of a dealership that simply does everything absolutely wrong. From the greeter, to the sales staff (with the noteworthy exception of Scott Weisbrot, who was actually a pretty decent associate), to the sales managers, to the finance people, not a single solitary one had a smile on their face, treated me with any respect, or acted even remotely like they wanted to sell me a car. They treated me like an inconvenience, like something that stood between them and their profit. The salespeople (again, with the exception of Scott) were rude, snotty, and arrogant, the sales managers were even moreso, and the F&I manager (Ron Schuman) that I thought I was going to close my deal with ended up giving me a half-hour lecture on financial responsibility and his own personal dedication to protecting Mr. Arrigo's money (I proceeded to tell him, right before I walked out on the deal in disgust, that I couldn't give a rat's behind about Mr. Arrigo's money and that he sure as heck has more of it than you'll ever see in your lifetime). My experience with Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep's customer service was so bad that not only will I never purchase a car from them, not only will I tell anybody who is in the market for a new car to avoid Arrigo at any and all costs, but after I ultimately did purchase my new Chrysler (from another, significantly better dealer), I won't even have it serviced at Arrigo--and Arrigo is closest dealership to my house. This dealership has completely and utterly destroyed any possible relationship they could have ever had with me. They will not see any of my business or one red cent of my money. They have also guaranteed that I will certainly tell everyone who comes to me for car advice (and quite a few people do) to steer well clear of Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep. More
Arrigo Dodge & Chrysler service and sales is as sour as the lemons they sell. Have a 2007 Town & Country with 1481 miles that drives like a used washing machine. Vehicle has been in for repair at 300 mil the lemons they sell. Have a 2007 Town & Country with 1481 miles that drives like a used washing machine. Vehicle has been in for repair at 300 miles and now at 1480 miles. As per usual it is the customers imagination and nothing could be found wrong. Wanted to trade in the vehicle for another but was told now that the 2008's have arrived my brand new vehicle is depreciated by 2 years rather then a year after 30 days of owning it. BIG SCAM ****BEWARE**** better deals and honesty on Ebay. More
CAUTION: Stay Away from Arrigo Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep! CAUTION: Stay Away from Arrigo Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep! Arrigo DCJ completely misdiagnosed what was wrong with my car, a 2002 PT Cruiser. As a result, CAUTION: Stay Away from Arrigo Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep! Arrigo DCJ completely misdiagnosed what was wrong with my car, a 2002 PT Cruiser. As a result, a repair that should have cost about $350 ended up costing me upwards of $1000 -- possibly much more, actually. Specifically, I took my car in to get an ignition problem fixed: Sometimes the car would start; other times it wouldn't. Arrigo replaced the battery and the starter. However, over the next 6 months, I had to take my car in five (yes, FIVE) times as the ignition problem recurred over and over. As it turned out, on the final visit (in early January 2007), Arrigo determined the ignition problem was due to a faulty ignition cable. This means that, several months earlier when Arrigo replaced my battery and starter there was NOTHING AT ALL wrong with my original battery and starter. In other words, they replaced a good battery and starter with... a good battery and starter -- and charged me hundreds to do so. So, of course, I wanted a refund for the cost replacing my original battery and starter as those two items never should have been replaced in the first place. That's only fair, right? Well... despite contacting the director of Arrigo's Service Department (Mr. Corman) by certified mail and by e-mail over a three month period, I didn't hear so much as a peep back from him or from anyone else at Arrigo for that matter. I definitely got the impression that Arrigo DCG had no intention of refunding me for parts (and labor) that never should have been replaced. That's what Arrigo Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep -- once an honorable company in my eyes -- has become. And that's a darned shame as Jim Arrigo -- the company owner -- is one of the most respected businessmen here in South Florida. Yet, it seems that Mr. Arrigo really doesn't know how customer complaints are being handled by his own staff. I'm sure if he knew, he'd be very disappointed. So, if you have a problem with your Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge, STAY AWAY from Arrigo DCJ and take your business to another Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge dealership. From what I can make of it, Arrigo DCJ just no longer cares about customers who they have treated unfairly. At least that's my opinion about it all. P. S. As of this writing, Arrigo DCJ *still* has not responded to my communiques to them. I have never seen a worse case of "customer service" in my life. Ever. More
