I normally do not write reviews...but I am taking the time this morning to do one because my experience at arrigo exceeded my expectations! Everyone at the dealership is super friendly and helpful. I nev time this morning to do one because my experience at arrigo exceeded my expectations! Everyone at the dealership is super friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured or rushed, in fact quite the opposite. I knew I wanted an SUV but wasn't sure what one. I also shopped chevy and ford before arrigo. Our salesman Scott was extremely patient with me and showed me every SUV they had across all the brands they have on the lot. He explained the features in common and pointed out the differences. I ended up choosing a jeep grand cherokee and am so happy with it! I know I made the right choice in coming to arrigo and am so thankful for Scott's help. More

I have purchased several vehicles over the last 10 years from this dealership and have always had a very professional, caring and pleasant experience doing so. Don Lanthum and Scott Rice have always been th from this dealership and have always had a very professional, caring and pleasant experience doing so. Don Lanthum and Scott Rice have always been there to answer all my questions before, during and after the purchase of a vehicle. Scott Rice has gone over and above what I expected in showing all details of a vehicle and answering questions even days or weeks after the puchase. Don Lanthum treats me like family and I always feel like I have received a good deal. It is always a pleasure to work with them. I will always come back to Arrigo Dodge to work with these individuals as I always feel I have purchased a very dependable vehicle at a very fair price. More
our car sales women was nice! We bought a used dodge advenger, here! We have had some problems with the car since day one, and don't understand why we are having these same problems. advenger, here! I had been texting and phoning Luis for probably two months gathering information while i was deciding what I wanted to do. Then in early November I dropped in unannounced to "look around". Luis wasn' months gathering information while i was deciding what I wanted to do. Then in early November I dropped in unannounced to "look around". Luis wasn't immediately available so I was assisted by Wilson. We very quickly started talking numbers and in short order had arrived at a deal with the help of one of the managers, Steve. This was the fastest, easiest and most hassle-free car buying experience that I have ever had. From start to finish I don't think I was at the dealership much over 90 minutes including financing. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

After several phone conversations with Jason & agreeing on a price for a used vehicle, I set out from Orlando to ft pierce to test drive & probably purchase vehicle. (Have certified check with me) agreeing on a price for a used vehicle, I set out from Orlando to ft pierce to test drive & probably purchase vehicle. (Have certified check with me), spoke to Jason during drive when half way there. When 3/4 of the way there, Jason called to say they had just sold the vehicle for which we'd already agreed on a price! Was told "my used car manager says we don't hold cars." A huge waste of my time (left work mid day) & money! (Fuel) More
First off I am not some punk kid but a very well educated and established professional of many years. I expect to be treaty as such. Not in a conceited way but as a person. I called the dealership Arrigo and established professional of many years. I expect to be treaty as such. Not in a conceited way but as a person. I called the dealership Arrigo Dodge West Palm Beach and was looking for a specific Jeep. I wanted a low-end Sport with no power option. I informed the sales person, Steve, I was coming from Stuart and wanted to know before I spent an hour driving down and gas did they have such a vehicle. I went over the option wanted/did not want and the price point I wanted. He was very nice and said he would check inventory and call me back. So I get a call back in 10 or 15 min. Very reasonable. Steve told me he had 3 in stock not the color I wanted but he could have that brought in from another location as they do have one. He wanted me to work the deal first and see what he had. I felt that was fair. Steve said also that his management was willing to make deals (sales pitch) and that they are the headquarters and have the best pricing. So the girlfriend and I give up our Sunday afternoon to take the drive down there. When I get to the dealership I was told Steve was with another customer and that they would get me another person to work with so we did not have to wait on Steve. No problem. So this wreck of a sales girl comes over to us. She was nice and all but no sales training from what I could tell. My GF is in sales and she was appalled at how little she asked and how she treated us. Not saying she was mean or anything but clueless on how to talk to customers. Never really found out our needs. Long story short 30 min pass and she comes back and says sorry we don’t have any Jeeps that match that description. I reiterated I was told there was a white, black and red one that Steve had lined up for us. We don’t have those. When did you call? I said about 2 hours ago. Sorry we don’t have one but I have a 4 door with 28000 miles for 29000$ Are you insane? Not even close to what I am looking for. I wanted a NEW 2013 left over 2 door.I was very clear on this when I talked to them. The manager would not even talk to us or look at us as we walked out. So needless to say I went to Napleton Jeep on Northlake and they were wonderful to deal with. I pick up my new Jeep Friday. It would be sooner if they could help it but due to timing issues I cannot get it before Friday. They have the Jeep on-hold for me no deposit just on my word. CB over there is the best. I cannot wait to get my new jeep and start going topless with my Classy Lady. Don't be fooled they will tell you anything to get you in there. Don’t waste your time or gas to go to this dealer. More
Our 2009 Dodge Journey began having issues with the air conditioning approximately 6 months ago. Upon one of the first visits the dash was removed & air conditioning "supposedly" repaired. The dash was ins conditioning approximately 6 months ago. Upon one of the first visits the dash was removed & air conditioning "supposedly" repaired. The dash was installed with the knobs reversed (cold meant hot/hot meant cold) but, we could live with that. Then the a/c began working intermitted so, we brought it back. They were not able to find the problem upon several visits but, continued to state that there was a potential electrical issue. The Service department then did "trouble shooting" & replaced one part which cost us approximately $500...but, after having the vehicle back for a few days it began to have the same issue. So, we brought it back in & they had it again for several days & replaced another part for $500. Again after a few days it had the same issues. Upon the next return to the Service Dept (visit 4 or 5) they kept it & gave us a rental & stated they had to contact Chrysler since they could not figure out what the issue was...they did not charge us for this visit. Approximately a week later almost all the dash lights came on but, the car appeared to be functioning ok. We called & left 2 messages for the Service Rep we had been dealing with but, no return call! We called again 9/21 Sat. but, found out that he was off & was on vacation the next week & the next available appt was on Wednesday. We asked about another rental & were told that they couldn't approve one. In addition, the last visit which included a rental was NOT updasted in the system per the peron we spoke with on Sat. On Sunday additional lights came on- the car began overheating-a hose broke - it began steaming-fluid came out & we barely made it to a repair shop. Their repair bill was $500+ for the hose/labor & were told that after being on the diagnostic machine that there was an electrical issue in the dash & it should be covered by the dealership since they had taken the dashboard off & realize there is an electrical issue. We understand that there are electrical issues with this car & other Dodge Journeys. The dashboard issues lights are still on & it may not be safe to drive & we can not continue to pay for repairs for a "known" Dodge issue. We will need immediate action at this point to have the issue resolved. We have given the dealership more than ample time to resolve it. We have now paid $1,500+ for an unresolved issue. We have multiple options at this point; litigation, contact Chrysler directly regarding the dealership, communicate to others regarding the dealership, never buy another Chrysler/Dodge product, trade it immediately for another brand vehicle. Also, the rotars & brakes need replacing again...which is a known issue with Dodge vehicles. On a side note; we have purchased our last 4 NEW cars from Arrigo. Regards, Greg & Jana Reinecke More
Just walked out of Arrigo Dodge WPB. I went in there hoping to purchase a new Charger RT and use my paid off 2007 Dodge Charger RT as my "down payment." The first question I had after walking thru the d hoping to purchase a new Charger RT and use my paid off 2007 Dodge Charger RT as my "down payment." The first question I had after walking thru the door was if the "we match your down payment" advertisement applied to trade ins or only cash down payments. The salesman said he would find out. The salesman was super sweet (Luis). While waiting for my trade in appraisal, Luis insisted that I test drive the vehicle even though I really didn't need to but I said why not, let's go. When we returned to the dealership, Luis stepped aside & another salesman/manager/finance guy started giving me the run down of my deal. I wish I could remember his name because I would LOVE to mention it in this review. He ran thru it so fast in the hope that I wouldn't catch on to his BS but yet telling me he's putting it in "simple terms." Somehow the price of the vehicle was $2000 more than the stricker price. Then he tells me my trade-in was $4500 (which I was willing to work with). However, when I confronted him about the "match your down payment" advertising he said that only pertains to rebates & certain vehicles. He then said that i wasn't giving him a down payment - i was doing a trade-in. So i said if i go sell my car on the street & come back with a $5,000 "down payment" would he give me $10,000 off a vehicle. He laughed and said no!! Basically, it comes down to false advertising!!! I am not a person to make a scene or get angry but I am also a person who knows when she's being played for a fool. I have purchased many vehicles over the years. Needless to say I walked out of the dealership and I will never step foot into Arrigo Dodge WPB again. They should be ashamed of themselves. More
