MY EXPERIENCE FROM THE TIME WE ENTERED THE DEALERSHIP UNTIL THE TIME WE LEFT WAS OUTSTANDING. THERE WAS NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES AND WE TOLD TOM WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND HE RESPONDED WITH JUST THAT. WE UNTIL THE TIME WE LEFT WAS OUTSTANDING. THERE WAS NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES AND WE TOLD TOM WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND HE RESPONDED WITH JUST THAT. WE WERE ABLE TO FIND WHAT WE WANTED AT A PRICE WE COULD AFFORD AND WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED. TOM IS EXCELLENT AT WHAT HE DOES AND MADE OUR VISIT WITH ARRIGO VERY PLEASANT. WE WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK AND HAVE ALREADY TOLD SOME OUR FRIENDS ABOUT THE DEALERSHIP AND THE SERVICE. THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN SAY ON THE DOWNSIDE, AND IT WAS NOT TOM,S FAULT, WAS THE FACT THAT THEY TOLD ME THEY ONLY HAD ONE KEY FOR THE VEHICLE WE PURCHASED AND THAT IT WOULD COST EXTRA FOR ANOTHER ONE. I OWN ANOTHER JEEP AT THE TIME HAVE PURCHASED 8 JEEPS IN THE PAST AND NEVER HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR A SECOND KEY. THEN IT TOOK AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GET THE KEY PROGRAMED WHICH WAS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THE OTHER THING WAS THERE WAS NO OWNERS MANUAL FOR THE 2010 JEEP AND I WAS GIVEN ONE FOR A 2009. OTHER THAN THIS MY WIFE AND I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT ARRIGO AND WILL DEFINITELY RETURN AND WILL ASK FOR TOM POPIEL TO ASSIST. THANKS AGAIN TOM!!!!! More
Tom Popiel was a great advocate for us. We walked away from the deal another salesperson offered, he followed up with us, got us to come back in, and got us a pretty good deal. In 2008 I leased a brand new Chrysler 300 and was worried that if I leased the vehicle for the 39 months that they wanted me to I would be out of warranty in those last 3 months and would be responsi worried that if I leased the vehicle for the 39 months that they wanted me to I would be out of warranty in those last 3 months and would be responsible for any issues with the car. And if you know Chrysler at about 36000 miles the transmission starts to have issues. The sales manager told me not to worry that after 36 months I could return the vehicle without issue. I now come to realize that this was an outright lie and cannot return the vehicle until after the 39 month lease is up. Don't be fooled by shady sales managers at Arrigo they will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in the vehicle! More
I visited the dealership over two weeks ago. I submitted an application for a purchase and I have to constantly call to get a answer to what is going on. They never return calls. Right now I am going through a modification on my mortgage and unfortunatley it has affected my beacon score, but no matter what to be disregarded and to not have the dececency to call a customer back is absoluetly not acceptable. I have never been to this dealer before and i will never go back to this dealer. I can not accept the fact that a dealer can disrespect a person like this. My beacon score wont stay this way for long. When it does change and I will need more vehicles in my life time becuase this is not my last I will never visit them for another vehicle. I have two lexus's currently and they have been paid every month. very disappointed customer More

I always thought that the Jeep was adorable (obviously I'm a female) My car had just run out of warranty and I needed a new vehicle that was safe.(my car was a convertible with tons of blind spots) I loo I'm a female) My car had just run out of warranty and I needed a new vehicle that was safe.(my car was a convertible with tons of blind spots) I looked at a couple of vehilces before going to Arrigo and when I took a test drive in the Jeep I knew this would be the vehicle for me. I saw the vehicle on the internet and Tom Popiel,the internet manager was my salesperson. Geral Izzo is the manager that handles the financial aspect and Carlos Lopez is the manager handling all of the paperwork. What set this dealership apart from others is that the financial manager works directly with you as compared to the sales person dealing with the financial manager and disappearing forever leaving you waiting endlessly for the numbers. They were all great to work with,very professional and I was happy with the financial aspect of the purchase and I love my new car. More
Since 2005 I have visited the body shop at Arrigo West Palm Beach 3 or 4 times. The staff are always professional. My last visit, Jan 25, 2011 was especially memorable as the repair to my vehicle was comp Palm Beach 3 or 4 times. The staff are always professional. My last visit, Jan 25, 2011 was especially memorable as the repair to my vehicle was completed in one day and when I was in the office dropping off and picking up everyone was respective of my time. They are always friendly and professional. When it is time to purchase my next vehicle it will be at Arrigo because of the service after the sale. Thank you. More

We arrived very late to pick up our vehicle and forgot to call to let them know we would be late. When we arrived, service was closed. Salesroom staff called service, and finally reached Brian who had left call to let them know we would be late. When we arrived, service was closed.
