After we purchased the vehicle Jose Reyes spent time helping us set up the navigation and explaining how to use everything. Most salesman would have rushed us out after the sale was final. It was very much appreciated. I will highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More
Could not make a deal !!! My mom and I drove up to WPB from Miami to look at 2 cars with an advertised low price ( with discounts) posted on Arrigo's website. I called ahead and the salesguy (Daniel) told me that all the discounts would probably not be applicable. I took a chance anyway and we drove to Arrigo (about 80 miles) and took a test drive in one of the cars. The car was OK but I was not actually in love with it. The sales manager came out and the 4 of us (salesguy, sales manager, mom, myself) sat down at a table to discuss a deal. We wanted to pay CASH by the way. The sales manager offered a price $900 something dollars ABOVE the price on the website...saying that I did not qualify for the other discounts. I hesitated and the salesguy said "If we offer you the price on the website will you buy it"? I said that I would have to think about it and went outside to look at the car again ALONE. After looking at it again I decided that I WOULD buy it for the advertised price and went back inside. THEY, apparently, had decided in the interim that they would NOT go any lower in price. The sales manager told me (twice) that Mr. Arrigo would lose money. I think Mr. Arrigo probably has plenty of money. He also said "Did you drive up here to buy something or just think about it"?......Now in my opinion that was just a rude comment and touched a nerve with me BIG TIME. I said I would think about it AGAIN and we said our goodbyes cordially and left. In the meantime (a week) no follow call from them. I might have met them half way or even all the way on the price. Anyway, it was not a good experience. One would think that they would at least make a follow up call. If they're not that interested .....then I guess neither am I. More
Carter knew we had been looking at jeeps and were ready to purchase. He did not keep trying to sell (that gets really old). I loved the pace- he adapted to our buying style beautifully. He really knew what he was doing and it gave us confidence in moving forward. We also had the pleasure of having Lennox take us through the financing process. I have never before sat in the f and I process with such little stress. He got us a good rate. He then came through with a better rate the next day - who does that? These two employees worked with us after closing time like we were the most important business of the day. I will recommend Carter, Lennox, and Arrigo to anyone looking for a new car. More

Now to the rest of this crappy dealership, the sales manager was a grouch who was playing hardball with nickels and made the whole experiene as friendly as a trip to the dentist for a root canal. This next sentence goes to Jim and John Arrigo, I have bought two cars from you already and will probally not be back. I got in my new vehicle I purchased after 3 hours on the lot and signing about 16000 forms and the tank was at half, it was on Empty during the test drive. I asked the salesman why the tank was not full and was only at half. I was told "we put $35.00 dollars worth of gas in the tank at this dealtership." Well I found out that to be a huge dam lie because i have filled up the tank 3 times so far since I owned the car and it ranges from $44-$49 dollars to fill the tank when the empty light is on, so $35.00 would of got alot more gas then half. You cheap xxxxxxxx with you $599.00 dealer fee b.s. and your hard ball managers and you wont fill the tank after purchasing a $20,000 dollar car, never again will you get a penny from me. That half a tank of gas just cost you 50,000 dollars worth of potential new car purchases in the future More

I just can't see going anywhere else as long as Russ is there!! More
