We found dealing with Arrigo was easy,with none of the typical car sales pressure tactics. Tom Popiel was very helpful and informative and knew his product well. He answered all our questions and came up with some great suggestions for items that that we wanted that weren't on this particular vehicle. Joel Clark was very easy to work with on the paperwork and very patient with us when we had to change all the documents. Tom P. is the best and thank you so much.We purchased a left over 2010 Challenger.. There was 2 problems that we where not comfortable with. Detail department is awful had to have hard water marks on fro left over 2010 Challenger.. There was 2 problems that we where not comfortable with. Detail department is awful had to have hard water marks on front of car taken care of by our own shop. When we where back in detail looking at our new car another sales man came in and was very demanding with the detail guy which was very uncomfortable.He was helping us first trying to fix all the hard water marks it was as we where second class and he was number 1!! We only had been there since 0800 and it is now 1530 hrs and 4.5 hour ride home. Also they do not fill your gas tank up which is very odd every car we have ever bought has been filled up we have bought 5 new cars in 5 years all filled up this was at another dodge dealer this is big deal when you pay 40 grand and have to fill it up.I still want to call Dodge on this.Somthing fishy on this! We are wanting to purchase another new car real soon and looking to purchase another left over 2010 Challenger.But when you have a Long ride back home you would like to have a tank of gas the deal may be good but alot of other dealers are begging for sales. So we will look around. We did all are dealing with Tom P. online and he is great!!!! More

We had a very pleasurable experience after having several no so nice at other dealerships. We were treated as valued customers. Everyone we met with that day were very nice. We did meet with two other gen no so nice at other dealerships. We were treated as valued customers. Everyone we met with that day were very nice. We did meet with two other gentlemen but I did not catch their names and don't have a business card for them. I told Tom that this was one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. We were talked down to and treated rather poorly by several other dealers on the phone before ever reaching their facility which is why we never bothered. I got emails and messages from Tom on a regular basis keeping me abreast of his progress in setting up an appt. for the car we wanted to look at and purchase. I have no complaints at all. Perfect service the way it should be. More
A week ago, I decided to go shopping for a new car. I started in Ft. Myers at a Toyota dealership. Wanted something different. I actually came home with a Toyota Tacoma truck and left my Jeep Liberty w started in Ft. Myers at a Toyota dealership. Wanted something different. I actually came home with a Toyota Tacoma truck and left my Jeep Liberty with them. Something didn't feel right when I got home. It just didn't feel right. I called the dealership the very next day. I apologized and told them I wasn't as happy as I should have been and was returning the truck. they were kind about it and gladly took it back. Their rate was kind of high for me anyhow. After I left there, I went to another dealer to look at my favorite Chrysler products. Being it was so late in the day, I really didn't have much time to shop. I did look at a few vehicles and fell in love with the new Chrysler 200. I told them this. They agreed it was late in the day and stated they would work on this after I gave them some of my information. They stated that they would call me early Wednesay morning. By that time I had contacted Arrigo Dodge, my usual dealer and spoke to Tom Popiel. I told him what I wanted, gave him all my pertinent information and within less than 24 hours, he called, stated he found a nivce one for me and I should come get it. He had also gotten me a really great rate. By the time I was at the dealership in West Palm Beach, I received a phone call from the Sales Manager at the other dealership wondering if I was still interested in the vehicle purchase. I told him it was too late and why. I was happy once again. Everyone at Arrigo Doge Chrysler Jeep has always taken great care of me and it will always be my favorite place to shop for a new car. More

This is the 2nd car that we have got from Arrigo Dodge and both experiences have been tremendous. Our first purchase was a larger SUV and this purchase we were looking to downsize to a sedan. Scott deligently handled the process and explained every detail. His knowledge of the industry and our needs enabled the experience to be nothing short of exceptional. Additionally, with the help of Don and Ed in finance, we were able to trade in the SUV (which we were still financing) and drive out in a new Chrysler 200 (what an amazing car).
