My experience buying a new car from this dealer was second to none, especially with Tom Popiel, the Internet Sales Manager. Tom was responsive to my email questions, friendly and courteous to me and my family on the dealership visit and went out of his way to retrieve the car I ended up switching to from another location as my family went to have lunch. He showed me the nuances of all the new bells and whistles I have in my new car. Tom also drove to my house later that day, some 30 minutes away to drop off some paperwork I had forgotten at the dealership. The finance department was equally as impressive as we walked through options and plans. The delivery office was informative and helpful. The dealership itself, although large, was welcoming and the employees made us feel very comfortable during our 3 hour stay. I dont want to know more about the vehicle than they do. I love the free oil change offer and appreciate those kinds of perks. The car was delivered in excellent condition and ready to drive home. I did appreciate the details, Peter Martin -- finance-- provided during that financial session. He kept it brief and informational and upfront with exact costs of the options. Some dealers like to include those in the payment without telling the customer, I dont believe in that practice and glad Arrigo doesnt either.
