Once I test drove the new 2015 Challenger it was no comparison to the 2010 Challenger so upon that day Scott Rice made a flawless deal for me to purchase my new SRT8 Challenger trading in my 2010 Challenger as I could not be happier. I also want to say thank you to Lennox Young in finance to get it done..... As most dealers make you stay all day - at Arrigo you do not have that buying experience. More

Jose was knowledgeable, applied no pressure on me for the sale. He was patient and worked hard for me to get the deal I wanted. Most of all, the worst thing about buying a car is all the waiting. Jose has a great sense of urgency after the deal is made. He even hung out and had a conversation with me while I waited to get into financing. He seems to really care about the customer's complete experience of Arrigo's dealership and made my experience pleasurable and only took about an hour which is unheard of. Every manager I spoke to also thanked me for my business with a smile and great attitude which helps make the car buying experience extraordinarily nice. All seem to be happy to work there from the front counter to the cashiers. More

Bad Service I wouldn't recommend this dealer to my friends! And Im not gonna make this long about my worst buying experience. Just to summarize it's Difficult to talk to a manager who cares about a customers complaint or who wants to help a customer. The manager who spoke to us was rude, ignored us, and didn't care about our service. I Spent all day arguing with them about a car price that they keep changing. In the end I bought my car, but I told them that this was an all-of-sudden decision so I don't have a down payment. They told me they will hold a check for 2 weeks, which was perfect..... 2 days later I'm negative in my bank account. They process the check... And I called them, the manager said it was my fault for not telling the accounting lady!?! They offer my 2 week hold and I'm suppose to be the one to tell her? He was next to me the whole time. Then he told me the check didn't go through and that I have to bring another one tomorrow. I called my bank, they told me the check did go through, obviously it did if I'm negative in my account too. They don't want to return my money. I'm very disappointed in this dealer. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. I won't be buying from here again. More

I went to Delray Motors because they contacted me about a truck I was looking for and from the moment I step in the door I felt like I was in Jurassic Park and the Raptors were hovering over me, pressuring me to "just sign" and you can come back later when you have more time. I called Mike at Arrigo Dodge right after and told him I was on my way to see him. He showed me what they had in stock that matched what I was looking for and a few hours later I was driving off the lot in my new 2015 Dodge Ram Rebel. More
The worst dealership When you buy a car, you also buy into their servicing department. This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with in my life. When they do, after many many rings, they rush you off the phone. I had an issue with my 1yr old Fiat and it came in on a tow truck. They received it about 3pm on Saturday. When I got the call from the Fiat service rep she said there were 7 cars that came in that morning in front of mine. REALLY?? Mine came in first. Then she told me she would call me in the afternoon to let me know what the problem was. She never called. I then started to call and their phones must have been down because it rang 4 times and then hung up. No one answered. I went onto their website to find another number and the number as for a different location. They couldn't even get a hold of anyone. Finally they transferred me to someone one and I inquired about my car and some other person said it just came back up from being ready. When I went to pick up the car the after hours cashier was rude and my car wasn't even ready. And she tried to call back to service and no one answered. I asked for the service manager's phone number and she said she didn't have it. I asked another person and they had to go ask for permission for me to get it. When I called he didn't answer. Of course. I am seriously considering buying a Ford so I don't have to deal with this dealership. More
