Stress Free Purchase I'll preface this review with the point that I'd almost rather get a root canal than buy a car from a dealership. I despise the complete experience. I'll preface this review with the point that I'd almost rather get a root canal than buy a car from a dealership. I despise the complete experience. With that, I had interest in a Jeep Rubicon. I had done my specification research on-line and just needed to get "smart" with the vehicle in front of me. I met Eric Howard (Sales Associate) at Arrigo and told him just that - "Get me smart on a Rubicon". Eric identified the select inventory that met my specification and we engaged in a very informative discussion on Jeep in general and features specific to the Rubicon. Eric did not try to persuade me to purchase or not purchase. It was simply and information discussion to gain knowledge to make the best decision for my wants. When I decided that the Rubicon was for me, I explained to Eric that I wanted a no-nonsense experience. Having done my research prior to going to the dealership, I knew the average discount on the Rubicon and our no-nonsense negotiation bettered that discount. I feel the discussion was open and honest with disclosure by both parties as to what we wanted to get out of the deal. For the real test... After negotiating, I told Eric that I wanted to look at a couple of other makes at competing dealerships to make sure the Rubicon was what I wanted. There was no squirming, no begging or strong arming to keep me on site or taking my keys so that I couldn't leave (yes I had that happen at another dealership disguised as "trade-in appraisal"). Instead, Eric encouraged that I complete my due diligence, confidently shook my hand and asked that I call him IF and WHEN ready. I proceeded to other dealerships that day and had the exhausting "root canal" experience. When I escaped with both my teeth and keys, I called Eric and we did the no non-sense deal we discussed earlier. I can't speak for all at Arrigo. I can just speak for my experience with Eric and how I felt in control of the entire transaction. Thumbs way up and would recommend! More
Worst Experience Ever I went with my son to purchase a used truck that he test drove the day previous. We got all the paperwork filled out and we were waiting for the fiancé deptment to get us a loan from the bank. They explained that it was taking several hours because the vehicle had 147,000 miles and banks did not want to fiancé with so much mileage. After waiting three hours they told us to go home and they would call us on Monday when they could actually speak to a person at the bank. They did not call us, so my son called them and they shared that they sold the vehicle. My son asked, How did you get fianacing if the banks were not open? They stated that one bank answered and they sold the car. What dealership does that??? What a waste of time! My son then on the phone asked about another truck and Juan told him to come in and test drive it. Fifteen minutes later when he arrived ar the dealership Juan explained we sold the vehicle already. My son said why did you not tell me that on the phone? Juan said, I thought you might want to look at another vehicle. These people at Arrigo Dodge are shady, stay away!! With so many other dealerships out there AVOID ARRIGO DODGE. Save yourself the time and grief of dealing with such sneaky shady car dealers. More

stay away of this dealer the service director is the worst of the service department, the lack of leadership and trainning is out of your imagination, they dont even know the the service director is the worst of the service department, the lack of leadership and trainning is out of your imagination, they dont even know the kind of things they have available for sale, also the lack of knowledge of service advisor about simple thing of vehicle regular maintaince. i have to wait 4 1/2 hours to get the oil change with the wrong viscosity oil.
