Warranty service on my 2014 Dodge dart Would like to start by saying I've always used Arrigo Dodge but that is now changed the service manager who should be fired for talking to customers Would like to start by saying I've always used Arrigo Dodge but that is now changed the service manager who should be fired for talking to customers the way he does has no business being in customer service when you come in with a legitimate problem And he does not even want to deal with your problem why do you buy a brand-new car because you spend so much on the vehicle when it comes time for warranty work they don't even want to work with you this is the only dealership I've ever dealt with that has no respect for their customers but maybe if they got rid of the service manager then it might get a little better but until then I will never ever go back to Arrigo Dodge and I recommend them to everybody but from now on I will never recommend Arrigo to anybody because I don't want them to have the experience that I had More

Maurice Roche was very attentive to my needs and budget presenting only the necessity of a vehicle according to my credit in my best interest. He laughed and talked with me throughout the buying process. Maurice checked on me when I went to other areas of the service branch(finance) to make sure I was okay and happy with the payments. Nevertheless, Lennox Young was also attentive to my budget. He checked for additional incentives to lower payments and advise me how to better improve my credit. Maurice and Lennox presented me with facts aiding me to have control over buying my new vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone and to any car dealership salesman because they do not just put you in a vehicle, mislead you about the finance obligations or discredit other dealers in the same line of business. Oil change mess up Brought my ram in for an oil change and tire rotation. Under new car warrants with a free oil change. When I got home I found the mechanic had stood on the painted bumper! The right side is now dented. What the beck was he standing on this for? This is my second time they did something to mess up my truck. They don't care as I did their review on line and I have heard NOTHING! Ford next time. This is my 4 th ram. More
