The process was too long and i got charged 2k extra just for 200 miles more on my lease trade in i was exhausted because i had to drive 4 hrs to go pick up the new car and trade in the old one and i didn’t for 200 miles more on my lease trade in i was exhausted because i had to drive 4 hrs to go pick up the new car and trade in the old one and i didn’t fight it it was already late but $2k more for extra 200 miles was not ok and they knew i had my kid and we were super tired i felt like i was taken advantage of but whatever next time im not rushing the process i learned my lesson More

I love Arrigo there are so many choices when it comes to getting a car. I was greeting promptly but not aggressively. I was able to walk in look around before anyone spoke to me. Herman was extremely responsive from my initial inquiry through the sale process and even after. Within minutes of my initial inquiry, he sent me video of the car that was not yet available to the public. through the sale process and even after.
