I went in with no appointment and first met Bill. Despite the entire service department being backlogged he gladly took me in and notated the service that needed to be performed. Unfortunately, the repair would take a few days but luckily my truck was still under warranty. He offered a car rental and even walked me over. The car rental worker was very friendly and even gave me a few car options. After a few days, I returned and Bill took the time to explain in detail the repair. Overall it was a great experience and thanks to Bill and his team for making it very easy for me to get my truck repaired. More

Worst service department imaginable. Had my vehicle for a week to tell me I had a bad battery. Changed the battery and still have the same issue. When I called to tell them that they had Had my vehicle for a week to tell me I had a bad battery. Changed the battery and still have the same issue. When I called to tell them that they had not fixed the issue I got nothing but the voicemail and still no one has returned my call. Will not be a returning customer. More

I had the most amazing service when Phil worked there. Received a brand new engine due to a malfunction/warranty at no fault of my own. I bring it back bc my car won’t start 9 months later. Here I am out of pocket hundreds for a rental bc it’s not covered. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I had to pay over $1500 for a dead battery. I will 100% never be bringing my car back here. TOTAL rip off. Not to mention I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to help me. I was just put on hold, transferred, and sent to voicemails. Too bad Phil is gone. I would have come back, he had excellent customer service skills. I’m sure one lost customer won’t affect you guys anyways so it’s no skin off our your back. More

Service advisor was great whoever worked on my jeep didn’t put cabin air filter in and left glovebox and other pieces on floorboard when they returned it to me. Also I just had to change my battery and didn’t put cabin air filter in and left glovebox and other pieces on floorboard when they returned it to me. Also I just had to change my battery and noticed my fluids were not topped off looks like coolant and brake below minimum. Now I have to check my engine air filter because I not confident it was changed. More
