Purchase a used certified pre owned truck on a Friday and the truck was in the service department the following Tuesday due to a window not going up-and-down. Sat for 3 hours before they told me the part and the truck was in the service department the following Tuesday due to a window not going up-and-down. Sat for 3 hours before they told me the part wasn't in. Took the truck to another Dodge dealership and they told me that I needed to take the truck back to Arrigo because there was a leak in the dash and it corroded all the modules that operate the window the dash lights and the doorlocks on the passenger side. I met with the Arrigo sales manager and the salesman and the sales manager was not helpful at all and actually refused to help me. Her name is Danielle and she was very unprofessional. Eventually the window and doorlock were fixed and they claimed they fixed the leak but the truck is still leaking in the same spot and the dash lights are not working properly. The existing leak will continue to corrode the new modules in the dash. I have purchased several trucks from Arrigo Dodge and have recommended them to my family and friends but I no longer will recommend Arrigo Dodge to anyone. More

Had a great visit today for my oil change. It was done in a much shorter time than anticipated. But what made my visit really great was Lilian Munoz. She was so nice and so helpful and she actually listened and gave me all the answers to my questions. I hope to have her as my advisor again when I need my next oil change. She is fantastic. More
