UNSAFE CARS, and STAFF THAT DISRESPECTS WOMAN! !!!!! They sold me an UNSAFE car and wanted to charge me for the repairs. Insinuating he will cheapen out in order to sale cars, that he only will help people that are “pleasant” and “don’t act crazy”. they sold me a car with different tires and different tread pattern and then wanted to charge me to replace it. The car tail light didn’t work and it costs $400 just for the part. They fixed it at no cost but ONLY after driving back and forth from Fort Lauderdale to WestPB four times. The car has a window sensor issue that that will not address unless I pay for it. There were missing lug nuts in the car tire and. They said the car has not been in on a “reported” accident and the back of the car is damaged as if the car was in an accident that the sales person didn’t disclose on the website or in person. Personnel were great but we were misinformed on our 1st purchase I’m in a wheelchair and couldn’t go there. Went back up to trade in and feel we got screwed cost a fortune and payments are way too high but purchase I’m in a wheelchair and couldn’t go there. Like what we bought but the $1000 dollar monthly payment is going to kill us and we ended up paying $7000 deposit between the two. I thought it was unprofessional and honestly felt like he was trying to intimidate me with his size. If it wasn't for the fact my wife had her heart set on the particular Jeep I would of said "go xxxx yourself" but my wife is my baby so I swallow my pride for her. It is important to clarify that my intention was not to engage in negotiations; I simply sought to ascertain the total cost, which they declined to disclose. The addition of a $2,995 charge for the "Arriago Advantage" and the subsequent "over-allowance" offered for my trade-in are both deceptive practices. Regardless of whether the final price is $35,000 or $50,000, the price should be clearly stated without any ambiguity. Imagine encountering such deceptive practices on a daily basis while shopping at a mall. While I acknowledge the exceptional service provided by the salesperson, Mr. Herman, which warrants a three-star rating, there is a clear need for improvement in the dealership's overall approach to pricing transparency.
