Communication at the service department was horrible and not consistent. My vehicle was at the service department 3 times and it took over a year to resolve the problem. When I arrived to pick up the vehicl not consistent. My vehicle was at the service department 3 times and it took over a year to resolve the problem. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was still an issue that the service tech did not notice and I had to point out which required me waiting for the car to go back to service to have fixed. I don’t understand how I noticed the issue and the people who work on the vehicle didn’t see it the problem. More
I have called and texted the service tech and the service manager a number of times. No one returns my calls and most recent text messages. When I picked up my Promaster there was no video. I wasn’t aware there was supposed to be a video, however Jay Fernandez stated that one should have been sent to me prior to my arrival for pickup . That’s no big deal to me. I did receive a copy of the invoice, however when returning home and upon review of the paperwork I discovered that I was only given pages 3 and 4. I’m am attempting to find out why there is no page 1 and 2. PLEASE help. More
Nightmare since the beginning and still dealing with issues. Purchased brand new vehicle but the navigation does not work so they have to order a whole new radio unit. The unit is on back order and here it is a month later and I still have not received it. Was promised a lease buyout amount in the form of a check to be sent directly to my leasing company for my trade in just to find out that it is now a month later and they still have not received payment. I am now being told they are sending ME the check and I have to send it to the leasing company myself. This could impact my credit rating due to late payment to my leasing company. False promises and no responses from most people that we dealt with. When needed a loaner vehicle I was provided with what can only be described as the company vehicle for the dealership as it was an old model Ram truck that looked like it was used for construction. Horrible odors inside. Was told this was the only vehicle that they had for a loaner. All of these issues and have only been offered a couple tanks of gas and a couple oil changes. That does not add up to the headache and stress dealing with these issues. Reached out directly to Mr Pucci only to get the assistant who said I would hair from them soon. It has now been 2 weeks and no response from the assistant or Mr Pucci. I would not be able to recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!! More
