It took me a week to figure out who Jesse/Jesus was—nobody seemed to know this service advisor by that name. Then I found out that he had changed his name, and everyone actually knew him as Jesus, was—nobody seemed to know this service advisor by that name. He disappeared for a couple of days for training, and in the meantime, I had to deal with different people, going back and forth trying to figure out if the vehicle was ready.
