So you have many more interactions with them. My first time there for something other then an oil change and it is a DISASTER. Absolutely no communication with me. Quick overview, in on Monday, need part, told it would be ready Wednesday. I wait until 1:38pm to make my first call and service advisor did not answer and I left message. TWO hours later I make another call as I have not gotten a return call. Had to leave another message. Many calls to them later I asked to speak to service manager and was put on hold for 10 minutes then it went to message machine. I waited 30 minutes and asked to speak to general manager. Was put on hold and they never answered. I called back and was put on hold again, now 4:18pm and instead of GM my service advisor answered and said he was just about to call me. They are working on my car now and it "should" be ready today. I said I was going to call the shuttle driver and he said ok. I just needed to know what was going on, at this hour I needed to make plans for tomorrow as I have doctors appointments, they showed no concern for the customers needs. This is absolutely the worst customer care I have experienced. And no one there cares. More

I had to bring my 2017 Chrysler 300S in with a vexing AC issue. The dealership gave me a rental car at no cost and worked to diagnose and fix the problem. I was not inconvenience due to the rental as they worked to figure out the issue for 5 days. Once they were sure they had my car fixed they called me to pick it up. That kind of service is hard to find and I would recommend Arrigo service for anyone. When it is time to purchase a new car I will go back to them for a good car and great service. More

Bryan in service worst guy to talk to told me he we will contact me when part comes in so i told him that means theirs no air bag can i get a loner my daughter drives and if she is in a accident the air bag wont work he then tells me tell her to drive safe and to dont get in no accident we do not give loners for that issue wow Bryan waited 3 weeks before i was contacted last week jeep brakes down car is less then a year old shuts down i get it towed to Bryan at service and was given the car back with broken side view mirror Bryan tells me bring car back to inform me that pat service manager said i had to pay for it that arrigo is not responsible for any damages on cars even if there done there. I asked to speak to service manager pat i was told that i couldn't speak to pat theirs a protocol you have to go through bryan after getting upset n waited for pat 20 minutes he said we not paying for it then accused me of braking it telling me maybe you did it with a nasty attitude causing me to come out of character and curse him out i went there with most respect not angry cause mistakes happen to be treated like xxxx from a old grumpy miserable old man with no respect this what you got running service arrigo this how you treat people after they buy a car tell mike im not coming back to buy gladiator that i went to see do to service treating me like xxxx for a 30 dollar part arrigo shame on your team More
TECH USED MY CAR TO JOYRIDE Picked up my jeep from Arrigo service dept after they charged me $129.95 just for looking at it and doing no work. When I walked out to my vehicle I found a Chase bank envelope in the door of my car. I looked at the paperwork of amount of miles driven compared to what my odometer said and i was different. I don't use chase bank and emptied out my car before leaving it with them. so they used my car for a joy ride. Told my service writer and he didn't seem to care and then talked to the service manager and he wouldn't believe one of his staff member would do that, pretty much calling me liar. I had issues with this dealership when i bought it and now issues with the service dept. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! this place is unprofessional from the writer to the management to the cashier girls in service dept who deep sighed and said out loud " why won't the people stop calling" with other customers standing around. Supposedly the manager is going to do some investigating and such but we all know nothing is going to come of it. Next time I'll drive to a different Jeep Dealership just to avoid this place. More

I pulled it and took it in for what should have been nothing more then a easy swap!!! But nope not here guy said my car warranty is up and I should buy another one ?? Yeah but my mopar battery clearly says 36 months on it .. then says we’ll then you need to tow the car here !!! and oh well won’t be today because the battery tester is working today( like a ship like this only had one) they don’t want to do work here just sell you xxxx and take your money!!! Never come here if they lie over a simple battery that has a warranty stamp on the side of it...image what they will do over something more serious.... good help is hard to find these days More
