My vehicle was in for a warranty service on 01/25/2012 thru 01/26/2012. Customer service was great. All of my issues were resolved except for one issue with my transmission. I will make another appointment to allow arrigo to get it right. I feel confident that this will be the last service needed for this issue. My service on 2/10/2012 went very smooth. Mike was very concerned about the issue and personally made sure this was my last visit for this issue. I was in and out in less than an hour. All issues were resolved. More
just came back from what seemed like an eternity of waiting , i pulled into the service dept line , sign says stay in your vehicle and someone will attend to u asap ... ive waited patiently for over waiting , i pulled into the service dept line , sign says stay in your vehicle and someone will attend to u asap ... ive waited patiently for over 45 mins to be told by then service advisor (tommy lenci) that he would be with me in a minute as soon as he finishes with the customer ahead of me ........... needless to say that customer was done with and long gone , meanwhile im the only customer left waiting there while i witnessed 3 other vehicles pulled up and been attended too by the same advisor .... so im sitting thereas if im invisible .... wtf !!! this needs to be dealt with asap !!!!! Brought my jeep srt8 in for oil change. They rotated the tires (rear tires are bigger than front). Damaged the rims and tires. Took a while for them to admit guilt. Now has been 6 weeks and still haven't fi tires (rear tires are bigger than front). Damaged the rims and tires. Took a while for them to admit guilt. Now has been 6 weeks and still haven't fixed my truck. They are trying to get ME to pay to replace the rear tires that THEY ruined. Will never do business with them again. More
