Service department Came in to have the recall fixed as our 2012 Advenger had electrical issues, we found out there was a recall on the TIPM ! We we told that they would only do the software upgrade and we would have to pay for the diagnosis of the car that would be $110 to diagnosis! We get a call from a service employee stating its most likely the a faulty TIPM and it's not covered in the recall and would cost $1200! The manager phoned us back and stated that he would need more time to diagnose that he was not happy with the initial recommendation ! Guess what , it is $110 per HOUR to diagnosis not just $110 like we were quoted and we would have to pay more to have it diagnosed , now we already know that Chryster has a class action lawsuit against them for faulty TIPM's so we decided to pay a visit to the dealership where the manager decided he would honor our original quote of $110! 3 days later they still do not have a diagnosis so we have to call Chrystler Corporate to speak to the the general manager of the dealership and convince them to diagnosis the vehicle ! Keep in mind they do not want to have to come out of their pockets for the new TIPM that was on back order from the mass amount of defective TIPM's that had to be replaced! Today we find out after they had the car for 4 days that it is the radio??? xxxxxxxx! Dishonest and shady and we will not have our car services there nor will we give you a dollar to replace a radio with an electrical issue on a car that is 2 years old! Nor will we buy a car from your dealership which we planned on doing this winter when we purchase a mini van, This service department made out experience very stressful and unpleasant ' We did not pay for the diagnosis that took 4 days ! Pete needs to be replaced as he is running a racket ! He sat and told us about his "Master Mechanics" 4 days to diagnose a faulty radio?!! Really?? Pete seems to think he is a good "sales man" when we saw right through you xx! Slimy comes to mind! More
careless and horrible customer service I brought my Town & Country in for an oil change and to look at a couple minor things. Mr. Pete Martino gave my husband the scenario ..well if it was in the Publix parking lot and someone hit it, Publix wouldn't pay for the damage. This is making me furious! ! Beyond that situation, the customer service was absolutely horrible. I had a scheduled time to drop off my vehicle and the customer service rep was complaining about being short staffed needing to go to lunch already.. just horrible!!! More

My vehicle was in for a warranty service on 01/25/2012 thru 01/26/2012. Customer service was great. All of my issues were resolved except for one issue with my transmission. I will make another appoint thru 01/26/2012. Customer service was great. All of my issues were resolved except for one issue with my transmission. I will make another appointment to allow arrigo to get it right. I feel confident that this will be the last service needed for this issue. My service on 2/10/2012 went very smooth. Mike was very concerned about the issue and personally made sure this was my last visit for this issue. I was in and out in less than an hour. All issues were resolved. More
just came back from what seemed like an eternity of waiting , i pulled into the service dept line , sign says stay in your vehicle and someone will attend to u asap ... ive waited patiently for over waiting , i pulled into the service dept line , sign says stay in your vehicle and someone will attend to u asap ... ive waited patiently for over 45 mins to be told by then service advisor (tommy lenci) that he would be with me in a minute as soon as he finishes with the customer ahead of me ........... needless to say that customer was done with and long gone , meanwhile im the only customer left waiting there while i witnessed 3 other vehicles pulled up and been attended too by the same advisor .... so im sitting thereas if im invisible .... wtf !!! this needs to be dealt with asap !!!!! Brought my jeep srt8 in for oil change. They rotated the tires (rear tires are bigger than front). Damaged the rims and tires. Took a while for them to admit guilt. Now has been 6 weeks and still haven't fi tires (rear tires are bigger than front). Damaged the rims and tires. Took a while for them to admit guilt. Now has been 6 weeks and still haven't fixed my truck. They are trying to get ME to pay to replace the rear tires that THEY ruined. Will never do business with them again. More
