We are sorry that you are unhappy with the service you received but we feel we did try to accommodate you. We provided a loaner car at no charge. We diagnosed the issue properly (it does take time for us to do that - and even though you agreed to pay $110 for that we did not charge you). It was the radio that was causing the draw on your battery and not the TIPM, and your bill for all of that was $31 and change and that was for an oil change. This is the second post by this individual. We have called and left messages with no return phone call. Our dealership offer assistance to fix the vehicle but that goodwill gesture was turned down by her husband to our service manager.Writing the same review each month is inappriopriate use of social media. My husband left a message earlier this week. The offer that was turned down by my husband was we pay half the costs to fix the damage that was done at Arrigo. Not a great way to do business, especially when we "use to refer lots of customers your way" And the best way to warn customers about incidence such as this IS social media
