I have been coming for a couple of years now and dealing with Chris Ayala with all my vehicles. He is one of the main reasons why I buy vehicles from here as well. I’m on my 3rd vehicle and looking for my 4 with Chris Ayala with all my vehicles. He is one of the main reasons why I buy vehicles from here as well. I’m on my 3rd vehicle and looking for my 4th which im looking for a rubicon. Today was a bit different, not because of Chris. Only because he was in a meeting. Today I was meet with Jorge. Very rude and didn’t accommodate the appointment and agreement I had with Chris because I he was in the meeting. That my vehicle would be here for days instead of realizing that I am because my issue wasn’t address the first, second time around. Lucky Chris came out of the meeting in the nick of time and took care of me with in AN HOUR!! That simple. Instead Jorge did not take the time to take of the client. Advisor 101. Either Jorge is too new , having a bad day etc. but needs to understand to take of the clients needs separately without his own problems. See Chris for all needs. He will take care of you a customer needs to be treated. More
