Jorge was very helpful the day I went in for my oil change & is a super nice guy but I’m disappointed that he never returned my call regarding an issue I had while there that we discussed as well a dis change & is a super nice guy but I’m disappointed that he never returned my call regarding an issue I had while there that we discussed as well a discrepancy in the mileage he logged for my vehicle. Incorrect. Especially since he gave me his number & said to call him directly anytime for questions or to schedule service. Same goes for his manager who j in left s message for & the general manager. Don’t give out your numbers if you don’t plan on returning messages from your loyal customers. It’s not a good look & pretty disappointing. More
