Went there for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor was very nice and helpful. I was sent a video of my vehicle and a service technician telling me my tires were rotated, i showed up to Service advisor was very nice and helpful. The service advisor being helpful put my vehicle at the front of the line to expedite it. I drove home and realized they only rotated 2 of the 5 tires on my jeep. More
