I live in Aventura, (Aventura Jeep is only 3 miles away) But I continue to drive those 35 extra minutes for the continued excellence I receive from you guys at Arrigo Sawgrass. More

Went in for an oil change and somehow the service department punctured my tire and had to get a new tire! I got charged but had it removed. Now I have one new tire and 3 others with really good tread department punctured my tire and had to get a new tire! I got charged but had it removed. Then the oil life sensor on my dashboard was never reset and didn't notice it until I was going home so I rushed back to get the to change my oil or to confirm it was actually done. I opened my hood in the service area driveway to check the oil I noticed the cover to the break fluid reservoir was not on and sitting on my battery. This is the second time in a row there was a problem or a critical demand to return to fix what was broken by the service department. I also feel this is how my oil filter housing was cracked, because over tightening. It's plastic! More
